First Time Central Heating
First Time Central Heating is now being prioritised by the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. This is to help challenge UK fuel poverty and give more people the opportunity to have safer, warmer homes that are cheaper to run and nicer to live in. In some areas of the country there are homes that don't have central heating with any sort of boilers or radiators. Without the First Time Central Heating scheme they wouldn't be eligible for 100% funded new central heating installation for their home. If your home has no central heating or system that does not have a boiler you could be instantly eligible for a grant. To find out if you are eligible, look at the eligibility criteria here
